Her journey in international trade began with a small manufacturer in automotive markets, and later extended to managing Harley-Davidson Motor Company's International Parts & Accessories and Licensed Products divison.  In 2009, she pioneered Wisconsin's nationally award-winning ExporTech program fast-tracking C-suites expansion strategies.  Under her leadership, it acheived a 98:1 ROI track record, with participating manufacturers averaging +1 million in new revenues within the first year.  

Roxanne's export expertise has garnered national recognition, with Wisconsin producing 25% of all natonal prestigions awards, such as the US Dept of Commerce President's "E" Export Excellence Award and the "E STAR" Award for year-over-year continued revenue expansion.  In 2019, she was named Woman of Influence by the Milwaukee Business Journal, receiving Special Senatorial Recognition from US Senator Ron Johnson.  In 2021, she was appointed to US Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo's national Trade Finance Advisory Council (TFAC).
