Roxanne Baumann
- is an accomplished and dynamic global business strategist with over 30 years of experience driving manufacturing business results. Her career spans extensive global sales management across Canada, Europe, Latin & South America, Australia, and the Asia Pacific regions. Roxanne's journey in international trade began with small automotive industry manufacturer Artos Engineering and later extended to managing Harley-Davidson Motor Company's International Parts & Accessories and Licensed Products division. In the 1990's, anything that went out of the US, except the bike; was her team.
- In 2009, Roxanne pioneered Wisconsin’s Award-Winning ExporTech™ program, designed as a C-suite export expansion fast-track strategy process. Always driving for measureable business results; under her leadership over 450 ExporTech™ graduates achieved remarkable success, averaging $1 million in new revenues within the first year. Fueled by her real-world export expeience, Wisconsin's ExporTech program, under her leadership, was named "Best In the Nation" by the US Dept of Commerce. It continued to garner national recognition, with Wisconsin graduates producing 25% of all national prestigious manufacturing export awards such as the US Dept of Commerce President’s “E” Export Excellence Award and the President’s “E STAR” Award for year-over-year continued revenue expansion. One company went from $200K in exports to over $20 Million in a short 10 years using her playbook.
